These terms apply when you use the Mini Sodora website or place an order. By placing an order you agree to them.

01About these terms

The website [minisodora.com] is operated by Mini Sodora, [business address], Bangladesh. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not place an order.

02Placing an order

When you place an order you get an order number. This is a request to buy, not a final sale. A contract is formed only after we confirm your order by phone.

  • We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, the price was shown incorrectly, or we cannot reach you to confirm
  • We may refuse orders that look fake or fraudulent

03Prices and availability

Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include applicable taxes. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you order. Prices and stock may change without notice, but the price confirmed in your order will not change.

04Coupons

Coupons give a percentage discount on the product subtotal, not on delivery. Only one coupon can be used per order. Each coupon has an expiry date and cannot be exchanged for cash.

05Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery only. Pay the full amount to the rider when you receive your order.

06Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Delivery Information page, and returns by our Returns & Refunds page. Both form part of these terms.

07Product use

Please read the instructions and safety notes that come with each product. The pain relief device is designed for comfort and is not a medical treatment. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or your pain is severe, consult a doctor before use. Baby products should always be used under adult supervision.

08Our content

All text, photos, logos and designs on this website belong to Mini Sodora or are used with permission. Please do not copy them without our written consent.

09Limitation of liability

We are not responsible for losses caused by misuse of a product, delays outside our control such as courier or weather problems, or incorrect information given at checkout. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of [Dhaka].
