We deliver to all 64 districts of Bangladesh through our courier partners. Some remote areas may take a little longer.
02Delivery charges
Delivery is charged once per order, not per item.
- Inside Dhaka city: ৳80
- Outside Dhaka: ৳120
- Products marked "Free delivery" ship free. If every item in your cart has free delivery, your whole order ships free.
- During promotions we may offer free delivery on all orders. The amount you pay is always shown before you place the order.
03Order confirmation
After you place an order, our team calls you on the phone number you gave us to confirm the items and address. We ship only after this call. If we cannot reach you after [2] tries within [24] hours, the order may be cancelled.
04Delivery time
Times start after we confirm your order by phone.
- Inside Dhaka: 1–2 working days
- Outside Dhaka: 2–4 working days
- Fridays, public holidays and Eid periods may add extra days. We will tell you if your order is delayed.
05Cash on Delivery
Pay the rider in cash when your parcel arrives. Please keep the exact total ready. You can check the outside of the parcel and the items before paying. If something is wrong, do not accept the parcel and contact us right away.
06If you are not available
The rider will call you before arriving. If delivery fails because you could not be reached or the address was incomplete, we will try [once] more. Orders refused at the door without a valid reason may be blocked from future Cash on Delivery orders.
07Change or cancel an order
You can change your address or cancel free of charge before your order is shipped. Message us on WhatsApp or call us with your order number.
